I’m Jolaine Edwards, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner with 30 years of clinical experience. I have been in private practice for 20 years. I received my Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
My Approach
My approach is casual and collaborative as I feel it is important to work together to address areas of challenge and concern. I work with individuals, ages six and up, on issues including, but not limited to: anxiety or depression from life circumstances, relationships, or work; ADHD, grief, behavioral problems, domestic violence, sexual assault and trauma. I am trained in EMDR. I also help individuals with special needs. I try to create a safe and supportive environment in my office to address issues. I have a dog at my office who will greet you and can provide comfort.
Insurance
I am in-network with most insurances. Some of these include: Medicare, Blue Cross, Aetna, Midland’s Choice, Medicaid, Tricare, and United Health Care. I also participate in many EAP plans. I take private pay but do not have a sliding fee scale. Please contact me for more information.
